Mchezo huu ni wa wavuti pekee — haumo kwenye programu. Programu ya PartyAt yenyewe ina michezo 17 ya sherehe.

Cheza Checkers mtandaoni bila malipo — wachezaji wawili, kifaa kimoja

Checkers, unaweza kucheza hapa hapa. Wachezaji wawili hutumia kifaa kimoja: gusa kipande chako, kisha gusa mraba unapokwenda.

  1. Play on the dark squares of an 8x8 board, with each side lining up 12 pieces across their own three back rows.
  2. Regular pieces (men) move one square diagonally forward at a time, onto an empty square.
  3. If an opponent's piece sits diagonally next to yours and the square right behind it is empty, jump over it to capture it — chain multiple jumps together in one turn when the board allows it. Under standard rules, capturing is mandatory whenever it's available.
  4. Reach the far row on your opponent's side and your piece is crowned a king, which can then move and capture diagonally both forward and backward.
  5. You win by capturing every one of your opponent's pieces, or by leaving them with no legal move at all.

Jinsi ya kushinda

You win by capturing all of your opponent's pieces, or by trapping them so that no piece they have left can legally move.

Vidokezo

  • Captures are compulsory, so you can bait: offer one piece, force the capture, and take two back on the recapture. That trade trap is the heart of checkers strategy.
  • Hold your back row as long as you can. Every gap you open is a lane for the opponent to crown a king.
  • Advance in blocks. A piece with a friend behind it can always be recaptured; lone runners are what you lose.
  • In the endgame the side that crowns first usually wins even at equal material. Trade down while you are closer to the far row.

Maswali yanayoulizwa sana

Do you always have to capture when you can?
Under standard rules, yes — capturing is mandatory whenever a jump is available. That said, plenty of casual house rules make capturing optional instead.
How far can a king move?
In this checkers (American-style) ruleset, a king moves just one square at a time, diagonally forward or backward. "Flying kings" that can glide across several empty squares are a feature of other rule sets, such as international draughts.
